    leaking pump
    The pump unit apears to be leaking on my Karcher 411A. Internal valves do not apear to be seating properly. When running the unit cuts on and off when the hose trigger is not in use and is operating at a reduced pressure

    low of power
    Karcher K 3.91 - when the electricity is on the unit pulses and when you press for water the press is low - need to find what size of alan keys are need to take cover over and user manual to check parts

    Use of detergent in washer
    There is a thin poly pipe that emerges from the washer that I assume is for adding a cleaning agent. Could someone please tell me how use it. Thanks
