blade safety
unable to get the blade to rotate while motor is running.

problem with honda mower
blade stops cutting after mower has been running for 15 to 20 minutes. I have to go over the area a couple of times. It seems as if the blade is not wengaged, but I do keep the handle for the blade engaged.

Honda Transmission
My honda mower's transmission does not work anymore. It is a rear drive. The wheels will turn briefly when I lift the end up, but not enough to power the mower. The rear wheels also are locked in that I cannot pull the mower back even with the bar not depressed. Is the transmission cooked?
