  Where to purchase parts??
  The large nylon gear is stripped on my shredder--otherwise in good shape. Where can I purchase repair parts?

  Red and green lights on and no jam
  Both red and green lights on power switch is on and shredder will not work. There's no jam. Is there a reset button or switch somewhere?

  how often do you have to use lubricating oil on the machine? What kind of oil should be used?

  Wont stop when done sherdding
