  Starter rope won't come out
  The starter rope won't fully pull out- how do I get inside to untangle it?

  When I pull the rope to start the engine, the rope is broken and I don't know how to tie it back the the hub inside the engine. Please give instruction with illustration pictures and thanks so much for the help.

  broken pull rope
  i've got the pull rope working like regular pull ropes. it doesn;t ratchet anymore. can't figure out.
