won't start
I used the unit today for about ten minutes, stopped briefly, now it won't start. Starter rope pulls too freely -- nothing engages.
I bought the unit last fall.

how to remove cutting blade
have tried to remove blade but the shaft just keeps on spinning how do i lock it in plce
